Thanks to the time (after\ndecanting and aeration), intense cherries, cherry compote, blackberries,\nplums and blueberries surround the wine. You can discover the trio of\nbrown sugar, nutmeg and cloves. When tasted, it has an exciting taste,\nwhich is given by the combination of the two varieties. <br \/>Merlot offers the\nfruitiness and sweetness of almost all red berries, while the coolness,\nacidity and leanness of K\u00e9kfrankos create a nice mixture. It finishes\nwith blackcurrants, smokiness, and dark chocolate.<\/p><p><strong>Vinification<\/strong><br \/>The K\u00e9kfrankos and Merlot wines are aged for 15 months in only new,\n300 litre Hungarian and Austrian oak barrels.<br \/>Blending is followed by\n3 years of bottle aging.<\/p><p><strong>Food Pairing<\/strong><br \/>Great with game dishes, rich desserts prepared with dried
