Leading figures in the Hungarian catering industry will receive their awards on 18 October at the Gundel restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The K\u00e1roly Gundel Prize, established by the Hungarian Catering Trade Association in memory of this iconic restaurateur, has been awarded 11 times to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award is open to individuals who, within the Hungarian hospitality sector, exemplify the life and gastronomic legacy of K\u00e1roly Gundel. The elegant, five-course lunch will be prepared by several chefs.
