The Winter Garden and its connected Salon provide a unique atmosphere for small but stylish events.
Thanks to its vast glass surfaces, the Winter Garden is a natural space, full of sunlight, yet intimate, with a direct view of the Gundel's mature garden and flowering plants.
It is directly connected to the upstairs terrace.
The rooms underwent a complete renovation in 2025, giving them a more modern look, air-conditioned space and modern lighting to ensure smooth running of events - while retaining the elegance of the Gundel.

Maximum capacity of the 6 × 7 metre conservatory:
- Round table arrangement: 40 people
- Cabaret arrangement: 32 people
- Negotiating arrangement: 20 people
- U-shaped arrangement: 26 people
- Theatrical arrangement: 30 people
- Standing reception: 30 people
The 3.8 × 5 metre Salon can accommodate up to 20 people as an additional space for a standing reception or small meeting.
The Winter Garden is directly connected to the upstairs terrace, which is ideal for outdoor events in good weather, making it a particularly suitable venue for spring and summer events.
The arrival point for events is the Salon, which can be used as a pleasant registration area, café corner or reception area. It is also ideal for small presentations, meetings or press breakfasts, as the space can be darkened on request and can be used as a presentation environment.
